Refund and Returns Policy
At Zuhri Stores, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy explains how to return products and request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
- Returns must be requested in advance by contacting info@zuhristores.com before sending any items back.
2. How to Return an Item
Once your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed return instructions via email.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival.
- Returned products remain your responsibility until received and inspected by our team, so we recommend using a trackable delivery service.
3. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@zuhristores.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any applicable shipping fees.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email and process your refund within 5–10 working days using your original payment method.
Shipping costs (except for faulty items) are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may be non-returnable once opened. These include:
- Personal care or cosmetic items that have been unsealed
- Items marked as final sale or non-refundable at the time of purchase
